We built BookNox.

A booking platform’s entire spine — quote to contract to payment to calendar — designed and shipped end to end.

BookNox is a product we designed and built end to end — a booking platform for service vendors across a dozen-plus verticals, from photographers to wedding planners to DJs. It turns an inquiry into a booked, paid, signed job without the back-and-forth. We built every part of it: the front end, the pricing engine, the payments, the contracts, the automation. It is the clearest proof of what we can build for you — and you can click into it right now.

What’s running inside it

A live quote, calculated in real time.

Pick a package, add options, set the date — the price, the deposit, and a full itemized breakdown recalculate instantly, right on the page. It is the same interactive configurator engine we can drop into any site. The two samples below are live; go move the numbers yourself.

Payments that never touch us.

Embedded checkout through Stripe Connect — card, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Funds land straight in the owner's own bank account. We are never in the money path, and there is no per-booking platform fee stacked on top of standard card processing.

Signed, hashed, logged for audit.

An ESIGN/UETA-compliant e-signature system: signature canvas, server-side PDF rendering, SHA-256 document hashing for tamper evidence, immutable storage, tokenized access links, automatic counter-signing, and a full audit trail — IP, device, consent and signature timestamps — built to the ESIGN and UETA e-signature standards (the signing mechanism, not the legal content of any contract).

It runs itself after the signature.

Google Calendar integration (one-time consent, with the refresh token encrypted using AES-256-GCM) wired to Stripe's payment events: the moment a checkout clears, the booking auto-creates a calendar event, sends a calendar invite (ICS), and fires the confirmation and balance-due emails. Quote to signed to paid to booked, with nobody touching it.

One model, dozens of pages.

Thirteen-plus per-industry landing pages and a multi-vertical hub, all generated from a single configurable model — so search engines and AI assistants can find a page for every niche, without hand-building each one. Plus free interactive tools that pull in organic visitors.

Built fast. Owned outright.

Sub-second load times on a static, owned stack that's far harder to break into than a plugin-driven site. ADA and WCAG 2.1 AA accessible. US-only access available. And every line of it belongs to the business — take it and leave, no export fees, ever.

The control room

Most agencies ship you a website. We ship you the business behind it.

The dashboards, the billing, the automation, the monitoring, the compliance — the machine that runs while you sleep. Here’s what’s running behind BookNox, beyond the booking flow.

Command center

A live read on the whole business.

Real-time MRR and GMV, the proposal funnel, cohort trends, vendor management, and payment operations — one place that sees everything, so decisions run on numbers, not guesses.

Billing infrastructure

Real billing, not a checkout button.

The whole subscription lifecycle is built in: recurring plans, a 14-day no-card trial, and self-service subscribe and cancel — access runs through the period already paid for, compliant with auto-renewal law and with consent on record — plus a paywall and automated dunning.

Payments

Two payment rails, nothing locking you in.

Marketplace charges land straight in the owner's own bank with no per-booking fee, and merchant-of-record billing carries the subscriptions. Real money movement — and the owner never depends on us to get paid.

Automation

It runs while you sleep.

Scheduled jobs do the standing work on their own — content that publishes itself, abandoned-quote recovery, dunning, nightly KPI snapshots, retention cleanup. The business keeps moving after everyone logs off.

Monitoring & compliance

You can see it, and prove it.

Self-hosted error tracking, cron-health, email-delivery and bandwidth monitoring keep watch; one-click GDPR export and erasure plus an immutable audit trail keep it clean. You see what is happening, and you can prove what happened.

Security

Hardened, with support that is accountable.

Magic-link sign-in, bot defense, rate limiting, signature-verified webhooks, and AES-256-GCM-encrypted tokens guard every door — and support runs through audited, time-boxed access, never a shared password.
