Services

NetNest Design LLC provides custom web design services. All project terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon separately in individual client agreements. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or contract for services.

Copyright

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, layout, design, code, and overall look and feel — is the intellectual property of NetNest Design LLC and is protected by United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. §§ 101–810).

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any content from this website
• Recreate, replicate, or imitate the design, layout, or visual appearance
• Use any content for any commercial purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or extract content using automated tools
• Distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content
• Screenshot or capture pages for the purpose of replicating the design

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Ownership of client project deliverables is defined in individual client agreements.

Fair Use

Brief quotations for commentary, criticism, news reporting, or educational purposes may be permitted under Fair Use (17 U.S.C. § 107). Attribution is required.

Monitoring

We monitor visitor activity including copy attempts, right-click attempts, and developer-tool usage. Suspicious activity is logged and may be used as evidence in enforcement actions.

Enforcement

Unauthorized copying or reproduction will be pursued to the full extent of the law, including DMCA takedown notices, cease and desist letters, and legal action with statutory damages of up to $150,000 per infringement. See our DMCA policy.

Limitation of Liability

NetNest Design LLC provides this website and its content “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Client Work

Websites we build for clients are delivered as agreed in individual client agreements. NetNest Design LLC is not responsible for client-provided content, third-party services integrated at the client's request, or issues arising after project handoff unless covered by a separate maintenance agreement.

Tools, calculators, and blog content on this website are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals before making business decisions based on this content.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Illegal Content Policy

NetNest Design LLC does not tolerate the upload, submission, or transmission of illegal content through any of its services, forms, or platforms. If illegal content is discovered or reported, NetNest Design LLC will:

• Immediately remove the content from its systems
• Preserve all evidence and metadata
• Report the incident to appropriate law enforcement authorities
• Cooperate fully with any investigation
• Terminate any associated client relationship without refund

This includes but is not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content promoting terrorism or violence, stolen intellectual property, fraud, and any content that violates federal, state, or local law.

If you encounter illegal content on any NetNest Design LLC property, report it immediately to abuse@netnestdesign.com.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
