Every tier includes hosting, email, security, uptime monitoring, and bandwidth. No free tier. No surprise invoices. Changes are billed at $150 per hour.

Is the monthly fee optional?

If you chose the simple hosting option (we manage everything), you pay a flat monthly rate by tier starting on launch day. If you chose the advanced option (you own all the infrastructure yourself), you pay your own platform costs directly and there is no fee to us.

What if I go over my bandwidth allowance?

Your site never slows down or goes offline for bandwidth. If you exceed the monthly allowance, we invoice the overage at $5 per additional gigabyte, due within 14 days. We will email you at 80% of your allowance so you know it is coming. If you consistently go over, we will recommend upgrading to the next tier.

Can you take my site offline?

Only for non-payment. If a hosting invoice is more than 30 days past due, we send a 14-day written notice. If the payment is not received within that window, the site is suspended until payment clears. That is the only condition under which a site goes offline — never for bandwidth, never for disagreements, never without written notice.

Can I cancel the monthly fee?

Yes, with 30 days written notice. A one-time $250 transfer fee applies. We deliver a password-protected USB drive with your source code and printed instructions for installing Node.js and transferring your domain. We do not migrate your site to a new host — you handle that yourself. After transfer, you are fully independent.

We send a secure payment link through email. You pay by credit card. Half up front when you sign the contract, half when you approve the final site. Receipts come automatically.
